Please note the following for all catering bookings.

A. Event Fees
Client agrees to pay The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event. The event fee covers the time and talent of The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co.

B. Location Costs & Fees
For all events, there is a COVID-19 fee of $150 if we have to come into your home, AirBnB, or business. This entails our team will show up in the proper attire such as face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes ready to clean and sanitize any and everything we touch or use for our safety and yours. If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their event, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. The booking fee covers travel within 20 miles of Los Angeles, California 90043. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to additional charges. Also, because of the business volume, any time beyond the scheduled time for your event, there is a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This is in place so we can execute and plan accordingly for each client and booking.

C. Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents the event from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 72 hours prior to their booking without penalty. Should client fail to give 72hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the booking, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

D. Payment
All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Payment is accepted via: (1) PayPal, (2) Zelle, (3) Venmo, (4) CashApp, and (5) cash. Personal and/or business checks are not accepted.

E. Booking Requests
*Session starts at the agreed upon time. For catering booking, the listed Event Date and Time is the assumed drop-off. It is strongly encouraged for large catering or private dining parties that you allow 2-4 hours of prep time.

*Please provide The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co with any important details on how to get to the job address, if necessary, at least 3 days prior to event.

*Please notify The Butler’s Pantry Catering Co of any allergens or diet restrictions for your requested menu.
